Collection of information
When you place an order, we require you to provide us with personal contact and billing information, including your address and telephone number. Florals in Motion uses this information to give you a customized experience and to process the orders that you place with us.
The recipient phone number is used for delivery purposes. On some occasions, the recipient may be called to schedule delivery. To maintain our high quality standards, we will occasionally contact the recipient to ensure the satisfaction with their gift.
Florals in Motion periodically send emails to our customers to share helpful hints, introduce new products and services, and to announce special offers, etc. If you do not wish to receive these mailings we provide "opt out" instructions within the mailings to remove your email address from any future mailings.
Is my order information private?
The information you provide us regarding yourself is considered private information and will not be shared with others. This includes your name, address, phone, e-mail address, and credit card information. The name and address of the gift recipient, and the card message (if order is out of our delivery area) is shared with the local filling florist, but with no one else.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
